Please be informed that the Indian GST Network (GSTN) has announced a scheduled infrastructure upgrade that will temporarily affect certain e-Invoicing services available through the GST e-Invoice Portal.
Maintenance Window (CET) Start: 31 October 2026, 04:30 CET End: 1 November 2026, 08:30 CET
During this period, the following services may be unavailable or experience delays:
Retrieval and processing of e-Invoice data from Invoice Registration Portals (IRPs) Auto-population of e-Invoice data into GSTR-1 Download of e-Invoice JSON files via the GST portal and related APIs
As a result, customers sending or retrieving Indian e-Invoices through Pagero may experience temporary delays in processing and data synchronization related to these GSTN services.
The maintenance is being performed by GSTN, and normal service is expected to resume once the upgrade has been completed.
We recommend planning any time-sensitive activities accordingly during the maintenance window.
