-Missing pages within the document -Missing invoice summaries -Other content that should have been included in the complete presentation
The issue occurred between June 30, 2025 at 07:21 CET and July 2, 2025 at 15:36 CET, and has been fully resolved.
The scope of the issue is highly limited and it would only have affected a very small number of documents. We expect the total number of impacted documents to be minimal. However, we're unable to determine exactly which documents or customers may have been affected.
