Our cloud provider, AWS, is retiring the hardware generation that some of our servers currently use. Hence, we are moving our database servers to current-generation AWS hardware during a planned, monitored window. Why this time
We chose this slot based on several weeks of usage data. It is one of the lowest-traffic periods of the week and does not fall on or near any GST return due date. Expected impact Services will remain available for most of the window. You may see brief errors, timeouts or slower responses for a short period during the hour. API endpoints, IP addresses and connection details are not changing. No configuration changes are needed on your side. What we recommend Avoid scheduling bulk e-invoice or e-way bill generation jobs during this window. Make sure your integration retries failed requests after a short delay. Before resubmitting a failed request, check its status to avoid duplicates (for example, use Get IRN by document details for e-invoices). Keep critical or time-sensitive transactions outside this window where possible. Our safeguards
