On 4 November 2026, from 08:59 UTC, documents processed in EU1 with Schematron validation turned on are stuck at the validation step and are not moving forward. The cause is an issue with a third-party provider that the validation service depends on.
Only customers whose documents go through EU1 and who have Schematron validation turned on are affected. Documents processed in EU2, or without Schematron validation, are not affected.
We are monitoring the situation and waiting for the provider fix. Once the service is restored, we will restart processing from our side, so customers do not need to resend documents.
