All files for customers that receive CAMT054 from Nordea have now successfully been resent.

If you are still missing customer payments for the period 2023-09-11 to 2023-09-15 from Nordea or if you if you have any questions, please contact our Support team

Nordea have now started to resend the missing customer payment files for incoming transactions during 2023-09-11 to 2023-09-15, for those customers that receive CAMT054c files from Nordea that Pagero transforms to BGmax files.

For those customers that uses Pageros merge function as well, you might receive BGmax files that include transactions for more than one transaction date.
